Ok, this may be a noob question, but what do I do with all 48 of the TGA and DDS files?
As for the other files, I put the four "butwaittheresmore" files (bsa, bsl, esp, seq) in the Data folder. No courier ever showed up, even after a "few days" in-game.
Clearly I've done something wrong, but I don't know what.
EXCEPT... Upon getting the "B" necklace from the auction-house, nothing happens. The quest does not update. Can't give it to the girl or the boy. Can't drop it (it's a quest item). So the quest is stuck at that point.
Version 1.1 Hi I also have this problem, inside the .rar file there are the files esp, bsa, seq, and bsl as well as all the .dds and .tga files. I do not know why but these files are not placed in the appropriate folder. The .bsa and .esp files must be placed in the data folder. The .seq file you have to put it in the SEQ folder, inside data (SKYRIM \ DATA \ SEQ), if the file seq is not inside the folder in theory the mod does not work. The bsl file goes inside the DATA folder, but it is not necessary unless you are playing with the Steam MOD. For the .dds and .tga files, those should go inside the BWTMFile folder, which must be placed inside the DATA folder (SKYRIM \ DATA \ BWTMFile). If the BWTMFile and SEQ folder are missing, create them yourself.
If i remember the courier starts his run from Whiterun, from Solitude is where the letter is coming from. Just wait somewhere and eventually he will appear.
I made a new clean part, no mods, no messenger, so I give up for the moment, too bad it looks good, a video would have been good to show, but it does not matter ,thank you!
Go to Whiterun and if he doesn't appear immediately, then wait 12h... and 24h. When i played this mod i started from "Breezehome" so... the courier appeared just when i exited my house.
The courier is based off of an "OnChangeLocation" command, so if you fast travel to another city after starting up the game, the courier should appear.
I can attempt to fix it, but first I need to know if you have any other mods installed? Not everyone is having this problem so I'm wondering if there is some mod that is messing it up.

I think this will be a great mod to try out once some people come in and give it a better name to make it more main stream. Maybe someday we will see the light of day with a fully voiced npc's and a SSE release.
I'll use a "spoiler" to not consume to much page space.

Go to your profile > Mods > Manage my Mods Then select your mod and go to : Documentation > in the "Add new changelog" > put the number version in "Version" and then > In changes, put your changes.
* Every time you insert a new "number-version" in "Version" it will be added in the "Manage changelogs" and by pressing the red "X" next to it, it will be deleted. (No need to add "Version" text in the box, only the NUMBER)
* In "Changes" every line (white box) represents a seperate "change", if you fill three lines then you will have three diferrent "changes texts" under your version number. Example : - Version 1.3 > Optimaizasion Fix > Minor Optimization fix in Cave Passage > Added French version
- Version 1.2 > Minor fixes to unsure good flow > Navmesh jump added
- Version 1.1 > Minor fixes
* When you are done, don't forget to press the "SAVE' at the bottom. Now you will have a "Changelogs" in your description page right under "Permissions and credits" & "Requirements". Or you could just make a "Sticky Post" - "Lock Post" here in the "Comments".
Hi Mackenzie! I just wanted to let you know I tried out your mod and I did find some bugs and things which I will try to list on the appropriate section. I set the bug report to private but if you guys happen to see it, then please keep in mind while reading that my aim is not to overly-critique the mod but rather just show you the list of things I found personally.
Mackenzie I can understand that bugs happen here and there with any game/mod, so even though I found quite a few I don't think any less of your mod making skills. Your pursuing game design and I think after a bit of college and some practice you can definitely do it, plus you already have experience using tools like this that other companies use to design games with :D
Before I list the things I found I want to thank you for all of the work you put into this mod, I enjoyed it and have endorsed it for the many other things it features. There may be subtitles for the quests but I can still read and enjoy the quest lines for what they are, no biggie :). To anyone who can see the bugs tab I want to tell you do not let them discourage you from trying this mod, those are only there to help give the author feedback information. I still recommend everyone to download and enjoy the mod regardless, and give endorsements if you enjoyed the mod as I have. The quests are quite interesting and you will love the adventure they bring to the table, trust me. Have a happy modding everyone ^-^
Don't pay any attention to bad critique or pointless suggestions !! You are not obligated to change anything, instead EVERYONE ELSE is obligated to respect the mod's author vision of hers/his project. If you want vanilla characters, then vanilla characters there should be !. I'm so tired of all those complaining like "bring me your manager". Don't they realise that this mods are free and are made just by the love and passion of the author towards the game !, and for your free pleasure !. If you don't like it... move on !.
If you don't like vanilla children it's up to you to find a suitable mesh/texture replacement, not like there are none out there - it isn't up to mod authors to "hold your hand' and do the replacements for you.
I agree 100% what @maxarturo and @Camruth said. Don't pay no mind to people who want to complain. I'm going to download it and try it out. Looks very interesting. Especially the two decisions you have to make...Wow! That's going to be difficult.

I hope I explained myself
