Thanks for using the LOOT order. I keep running into mods that have the masters in scrambled order and it's annoying.
Anyway, to address what gargolon1980 was probably trying to ask in a mumbling manner: the rationale for this is looking up IDs without having to fire up the incredibly slow and rather crashy CK.
I find it helpful in a way the author probably didn't envision: I play Skyrim (and otherwise use MS Windows) in a virtual machine on a Mac, and can use this info in another workspace of my host OS, without messing with the Windows 10 VM itself with the game running. E.g., I don't have to put Skyrim in windowed mode, which seems a bit dicey, just to make alt-tab possible. I don't need alt-tab at all now. Nor do I need to shut the game down to just go look up some IDs. While I could already use the Help command in the Console to get a few of them in-game, that's no good for getting a long list of them. Just having an actual list like the one jackieroy has made is much more practical.
Umm, the only spell I found with that name is 040265A8dlc2DBDragonStormSpellSPELDragon Storm there is a shout id that's closer 000B2387dunCGDragonStormCallShoutSHOUDragon Storm Call
If you need to find anything in the sheet just use CTRL+F or find&replace.
