Actually when you think about it, this mod serves three purposes; sacrifices in the name of Boethiah, general venting, AND kills made in the name of Mephala (for charging the Ebony Blade).
Please feel free to leave ideas for additional killable copies, I am openly taking suggestions :) Also post a reply stating which NPC you prefer to kill most often...for science.
A few questions. Why Delphine and not Esburn as well? Also is that Mogrul the moneylender in Dragonborn or Mogrul the member of the Dawnguard?

Sorry for the laaaaaate reply. It is indeed Mogrul from Dragonborn, I added him because he is a huge c*nt. I will be adding Delphine and Esbern...eventually, I am checking out my options for those two because they are potentiall game-breaking.
Yea I see no reason why he was always flagged to essential, you even get to kill his brother at the conclusion of the Civil War (if you sided with the Empire) but that racist gets to live?
Thank you for this! I abhor so many NPCs in Skyrim and this mod lets me live out my bloodthirsty, murderous fantasies - without accruing a huge fine for killing "innocents". And this is a fairly innocuous one, but can you possibly include Balgruf's daughter, Dagny? And while you're at it his son (whatever the little s#*!'s name is)? I swear I just want to punch his stupid face every time he walks by me and says "Another wanderer here to lick my father's boots. Good job" or Dagny's equally infuriating "Are you a new servant? Remember that I like my meat rare." GOD, they're the worst.

I use MO instead of NMM, and I have 7zip. Tried to open it with the Windows Compressed Files wizard as well with no success. Used both Firefox and Chrome for download.
Was able to download and open it on my Linux (Mint 17.3) box so I'll see what happens when I move it over. - EDIT- I was not able to open the file in 7Zip in windows even after copying it over, so I extracted it in Linux and copied the folder over. Nexus must do something to break it, or it just wasn't encoded correctly for some versions of 7Zip.
Now that I've seen the mod in game, my request... can you set it up so that replaced looks are used? Elenwen was very jarring when I met her in the Skeever, compared to what she looks like otherwise in my game.

He does get used in a quest from the Temple of Mara.
I'd almost like to ask for a copy of Arvel because sometimes I try to save him but he's scripted to die, I think. Why would I want to save him? Mostly for the same reasons as this mod was made. I wanted to feed him to a dragon.
