Thank you so much for this helper and fix of Bethesda's sloppiness. For years I just relied on good luck. Now it's how it should be -- in line with any other Skyrim quest.
Just thought I'd note that this mod is not working for me either. However, I should also note that I'm using the Palaces and Castles Enhanced mod. Not sure if this conflicts, but you never know.
You are correct mcsohicks I also have Palaces and Castles Enhanced along with its patches installed and only by moving this mod below those in my load order did the quest markers for the stones appear on my map
The mod consists of one file, the same as the translation. If I want a translation version, the main file is not needed, just the "optional", right? After all, the file is replaced as a whole, and not some content inside it.
Reading your description gave me a good laugh because I kept saying, " Yep! ", through the parts about hating to find them and try to remember where you got the ones you do have so you don't go back. You are a genius! Thank you so much for this mod. It's a life changer.
Muy probablemente tengan algún mod que cambia algún lugar. Este mod no marca las piezas tal cual, sino que marca el lugar. Si el lugar ya no existe, es incapaz de localizar el marcador que falta. Por esa razón tengo mucho cuidado en no usar ningún mod que altere lugares del juego, como mucho las texturas. Porque lo que acaba pasando es que cualquier interacción que dependa de la id del lugar, falla, y muchas veces haciendo un "dirty edit" de los recursos del juego, de forma que no puedes simplemente desinstalar el mod en cuestión, sino que has de revertir a un save game de antes de instalar estos mods.

The Fethis Alor in Raven Rock quest.
