I decided to try this even without a video to see how it worked. I totally love the idea of this mod but it seems to have problems. The one bunny I found did register as an enemy but didn't attack. It just kinda sat there as my people attacked it. It didn't fly or anything. It'll be really cool if you can tweak this up to be like you described though. Good luck!
Sounds like they just changed the factions, (and/or changed the skeletons), which doesn't work properly since most non-aggressive fauna don't have proper combat animations.

Hopes were high when I saw this but were crushed once I took a look at the inards of this mod. Parts of a dragon were cut and pasted into rabbits in an attempt to make them into fire breathing flying furballs of death. More work is needed before that happens.
