It was very interesting as well as other houses that I downloaded, but to speak the truth I do not see any logic in these houses with all this being that if you marry never will appear dialogue we will live in the house (Fancy Mansion) in Rifeten, only appears name of houses which is not mods but the game itself. This is what I'm trying to explain, your wife that you married will never follow you, as a helper who follows you everywhere, and adopting a child does not work for Mod houses either, in which case you would have to have a means to add in the mod file ..... a line to give access to this house. I find it a waste of time to create a Mod with children's beds, only serves to store items. PS> I do not know how to create mods, but if I knew I would make a house on top of any other in the game itself, because then I could adopt a child from another mod and take it there. I have mod here kids to adopt there is no follow me dialogue I will take you to my house, the dialogue system implanted in the mod, is a copy of the game itself, (I have a house in Bristome, I have a house in Rifeten. will work for adoption and nor marriage. You create several cool house mods but forget about this essential detail.
i don`t know how to make it adoption friendly .. i would like someone to do it for me which would be a great help to me as i did try but to no avail....that is why the children`s beds are there...

Leave it alone, my friend, what's worth is the intention. The mod was perfect in terms of construction, without any flaws everything running 100%. As for the question of marriage follower and adoption of children, this should be very complicated indeed. I do not know how to make mods, if I had experience I would work on it to be able to help him achieve this. But even not knowing how to do mods I try to open some scripts of the game here and see if I find any line regarding these terms of follower .... any discovery I warn you ok ... worth the attention.
sorry it took so long to answer..you need the multiple adoption mod by tmphoenix the link is at the top of the page..when you have that mod installed you will have a new spell in you inventory under spells called bless home go to the interior of any home you own then cast the spell it should ask you if you want to make this your new home just say yes..now it should recognize six beds for kids and one for the spouse once that is done adopt child and when they ask if you have a house for then to live in there should be a dialogue that says "yes i have a nice new house" use that line of dialogue and your done..you spouse and kids will live there..hop this helps you out...

But as I said before so many people doing mods, and to this day did not add a segment that takes to these mod houses a child or a woman that you arranged to marry, in fact these houses only serve to store items for marriage and adoption of orphans does not work .... but even so parabens for its incredible mod.
thank you i`m glad you like it...took a while to figure out the multi adoption part but i got there..and i do hope every likes it as it was a lot of fun building it....
i have uploaded an updated esp file for the ones that have downloaded the house it fixes cupboards that did not work they do now..new cabinet in kitchen and doors in basement images also so you can see before download...for the ones who have not downloaded all you need is fancy mansion complete...

the light switch requires scripting and i don`t know how to script sorry..but i have uploaded an update that make the house a little brighter and added more images to show the lighting hopefully it`s ok now......glad you like the mod..thanks to everyone
Oh, great. I really like the swimming pool. I'll download it right away and get my many princesses in here. ----------- A little dark is uncomfortable. But overall it is a wonderful work The fps is also high in the cell.

But this house is nice.
I really like the swimming pool.
