Hi Storm, I solved your problem :

    - In Object Window *All enter MQpathtoHHShrine
    - In MQpathtoHHShrineEffect change Casting Type to Constant effect
    - In MQpathtoHHShrineBlessing change Type to Ability
    - In same window delete Voice of the sky in the Effects table
    - same window change Casting to Constant Effect
    - same window Effect table --> New --> select MQpathtoHHShrineEffect
    - valid everything

No more duration on Voice of the sky (but the ability is still lost if you attack animals)
    ps : to test quickly : player.addspell 10a2da

Thank you for the explanation and effort. Good to know how it's possible to make it permanent. I'll try it out when I've got some time. ;)

Thanks for this! It's great for role-play, especially if you add the spell via console to recast when you mess up and kill a wolf or something XD

      You're welcome! ;-)
And yes, it's quite easy to mess up sometimes.

Top-notch. Don't suppose you'd consider(and/or know how) making a 1-year effect mod for the Bloodcursed Elven Arrows? I tried it myself in the Creation Kit and could never get it to work. For as much as they hyped up the stakes of the prophecy, I always thought the effect should've been permanent to be suitably epic. Or at least longer than a day...if a year is as close to permanent as we can get, so be it.

I searched a bit through the creation kit and maaaybe I've found something. But since I don't have a working save with Dawnguard completed, I've got some hours of playing to do, before I can try anything. Don't know how long it will take, but as soon as I'm done I'll let you know

Alright... I've tried anything my humble 'modding know-how' can do, but could not create a working mod. I guess there's some scripts involved, that needs to be changed, but that's something I know nothing about. Maybe you'll try requesting this type of mod in the forums here and/or on other major Skyrim modding-sites. If there are modders who can add completely new stuff (sometimes in DLC proportions), than there might be someone who can do this.

I know, but i don't really care for perks in general. Yes, there maybe some features, that would favor such role-plays, but I love the feel of Skyrim as it is and don't really need to change something for more immersion. Also: In every playthrough (so far) I'll just give my character a ton of unused perk points to use them for everything I unlocked, because I'm no fan of making builds due to restriction in a singleplayer game. Soooo.... I'm not really the kind of person Ordinator was intended for. ;-)
