    For anyone using SE - this, or if I read it wrong a different issue, is present in SE, you just have to open SSEEdit (xEdit for Skyrim SE) and navitage to the Harvest Overhaul Ordinator patch. You will notice, in the perks section, that the hunter things caries over something in it records than the green thumb one does not. Just copy over the missing this (below the quest stuff) from the ordinator column into the patch's column. Save and you are good to go.

    (some of this might make sound more meaningful once you are inside SSEEdit)
