I was really, really into these until I got to the Emperor and generic Jarl clothes... Why put in the effort to make such beautiful realistic textures and then just paste random gameplay-themed icons onto them? It really jars you out of the realistic effect of the clothes and breaks the fourth wall in a weird way. Would you be willing to make a version of the Emperor robes that actually has emblems of the Empire on it and not DLC faction emblems like Miraak's mask or the Dawnguard symbol? Or the generic Jarl clothes with just their Hold emblems and not random map markers and every single city map marker? Otherwise, these are absolutely beautiful textures. But the fourth wall breaking makes it unusable for my game.
The Emperor clothe symbol also let me confused, just like you, maybe I'll improve it someday. The Yarl's clothe random map symbol I like it because the Yarl manage their own land, Yarl should know what kind of danger and enemy in their manage land.
I agree with these it kind of breaks immersion as the Emeperor himself wouldn't have any reason to have the symbols on his clothes same for the other jarls, that aside these are pretty awesome :)
any channce for a "light" symbol version? Akatosh Dragon (Skyrims logo) for the Emperor robe but without the other symbols and norse/celtic inspired ones for the jarl? It just looks odd completely blank.
Another gorgeous and elegant retexture. Again, this mod is something I could get behind, have to say when I first laid my eyes on the mod, the quality you've presented was simply stunning enough for me to give a jaw-dropping reaction. However, truth be told, I still think this mod could use some refinement though.
So, may I suggest something like a new color pattern for yarlclothes03? Like purple instead of beige for the outer, blue instead of red for the inner? It would be rather fancy for sure. Wish you could put the suggestion into consideration.
I saw the purple color Elisif & Solitude clothing in " testing room" , but I did not find any NPC wear the purple version in game , so I did not make the purple version.
I love how these are 2K, gives less of a strain on performance. Thank you so much for this!!! These are gorgeous. And I LOVE the inclusion of the other games and their DLC as well.
Ofcourse 4k better than 2k , 2k is good performace in PC/PS4/XBOXn, I just want to make one version for most player, a 2K clothes is 5MB texture+5MB normal-map total szie, and 4k will be 40MB 1 clothes. WOW ~
