I never thought about it to be fair, I haven't seen many people complaining about this so I thought it might just have been the combination of mods that I was using that made it stand out to the point I felt like I had to do something about it.
thanks a lot, same thing as this one DAHAKA's Ice and Glacier Specularity Fix for ENB https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/96932 I had awesome glaciers, changed or updated version of my ENB and suddenly they looked bad :( your mod fixed it :D screenshot uploaded that's the least I can do
I thought this problem caused by non-adapted enb weather settings. Now it seems source of the ultra bright/blue glacier in solstheim is revealed and solved by this. Thanks. But didn't tried yet. I'll post the result if i don't hang around. :)
