Unlevels Blacksmiths of skyrim.
You can buy High Leveled Weapons and armors from Blacksmiths even When you are at Level 1 Like Morrowind.

Hello. It's my first mod.
It's too bad Blacksmiths sell their weapons Based on your character level in Skyrim. you would be able to get that weapons and armors by searching the loots. That makes blacksmiths a bit useless in game.
This mod Unlevels Blacksmiths of skyrim.
You can buy High Leveled Weapons and armors from Blacksmiths even at LEVEL 1 Like Morrowind.
for example if you have enough money, you can use ebony sword or glass armor early in the game.
Installation:
Simply drop *.esp file in your Data Folder.
Load order:
Must be after:
USLEEP
Torches of Skyrim
