This happens because the candles are sometimes a part of the wall meshes and I don't want to change it, because it will create a serious conflicts with RCI mod.
Perfect ENB, especially with CoT weathers triggered. It's basically a better version of the one I used before. Everything has the right balance to look pretty without being intrusive or unnatural.
