Update is out. The mod was remade from scratch so I removed all old files and images. If you're updating from an older version, please update your bashed/smashed patch as well as zEdit patches.
While the blackface bug can be caused by corrupt downloads and missing facegen data, it is most often caused by user error and the result of unresolved conflicts within your load order. It happens when two mods try to edit the same NPC but at the same time conflict with each other OR when a mod such as Shiva's Vanilla Hair Replacer makes edits to vanilla headparts that are used by my mod. If you are running that or a similar mod look at this article instead to resolve the blackface bug. It is however very easy to fix if you know how to make use of xEdit. This is a screenshot of my own load order. We can see that Melea Entius is marked in red, which means that my edits done to her are being overwritten by another mod. On the right pane we can see that my zPatch is overwriting her record. It is adding a new perk but at the same time it is reverting her appearance to her original one. If we would now take a look at Melea ingame, she would have a blackface.

To fix this issue we will need to drag over my edits into the zPatch (or regenerate it). As a result we now have a combined version of the edits. Melea has a new perk but also has her new appearance without a blackface.

This method of conflict resolution works for all mods, except for conflicting NPC overhauls which should only be fixed by reordering your load order.
Can you please say which mod did you use for vampire eyes, specifically for dunmer (Rinory Imaryn)? I've been looking for something lore-freindlyish and something not too flashy and I think these would fit perfectly. The only reason im asking and not checking the links that you have sent is because i have checked them out and i cant find them anywhere.
For some reason this doesn't replace any of the NPCs faces at all, I have the main mod and the dawnguard meshes fix and I over wrote them with this mod's files, I use Vortex btw, the plugin for this mod is loaded after the main's, the new faces just aren't showing up. Don't know what I did wrong, but hopefully there's a fix for this.
Just to be clear, I do have a merged patch, bashed patch (which is only handling leveled lists), and a ASIS patch but I doubt that those are causing the issue. Plus I don't have any other mods that edit those NPCs aside from the Bring Your Silver patch for the main.
As of now I've not experienced the blackface bug that's some people have reported.
*UPDATE -Scratch that, this mod does change their appearance particularly their hair, but they don't look the same as they do in your screenshots probably because you're using an ENB maybe ? Personally I don't use one because of performance purposes, their appearance are almost, if not the same as vanilla NPCs if not using an ENB
ASIS will cause issues with most NPC overhauls if you don't rerun the patcher after installing one. That said, if you're getting the hair changes the mod is working as intended. Keep in mind that the NPCs are using whatever skin you have in your game, so if you're not using a skin retexture they will end up looking fairly vanilla-like.

I love your renditions of these characters so much!!
