I also had the invisible Frost problem, but it was due to the way Mod Organizer had installed the files. I had to go into the Mod Organizer directory (under Program Files x86), then into the "Frost Horse White Retexture" folder under "Mods." Inside that is a folder labeled "Data" and within that, two sub-folders: "meshes" and "textures."I moved those two sub-folders out of the Data folder and directly into the "Frost Horse White Retexture" folder and it fixed the problem. For the record I'm running both Convenient Horses and Convenient Horse Herding.
Thank you for sharing this!! I had an invisible Frost in SE too, and following this worked. Turns out you just need to pull the files up one level in MO.
(If anyone else is reading this, in MO right click and tell it to Reinstall. Click Manual, then click and drag the Textures and Meshes folders into Frost Horse White Retexture. This should move them up one level).
First of all, thank you for your work! I optimized your Frost textures with NIF Optimizer for SE then added manually using NMM and it worked perfectly. You may consider to port it properly to SSE Nexus ?
Ah, this mod appears to be broken when it comes to Mod Organizer. Frost is completely see-through when this is enabled, save for the saddle/reins. MO didn't read any conflicts, either.
Because I like to have my horse Frost on Xbox One. But it's okay. You don't have to post it. If you want, I know someone who will port it for Skyrim SE on Xbox One. By the way, sorry for spamming PM messages. I decided to just wait. Now that I recently checked your response here, I just want to let you know that a gamer like me would want this mod on Xbox One. Although, since I'm a nice guy, I would like this mod to be ported for PC, Xbox, and possibly PS4 on Bethesda.net. I know someone who can do that. I will ask him to port that mod on Bethesda.net, with your permission of coarse. I'll make sure you'll be credited for making the mod. Is that okay with you?
Endorsed. I always wondered why Bellyache didn't bother to retexture Frost when the rest of the horses were. Frost looked like crap compared to the other retextured horses.
I came across this mod because I didn't like the custom Frost optional in Convenient Horses and wanted to see if other Frost mods existed. Thank you, AkariWolfgirl for this mod. It's exactly what I'm looking for. Frost feels unique in the world.. he has the Bellyache touch.. and his eyes/mane/hair isn't glowing. Hurray!
At first my Frost was invisible as well, and I had CH installed so I thought that was the problem.. But then after inspecting the files, I noticed that the Data folder and the esp was in the same directory. I had blindly moved all of those files in Skyrim/Data, and that was the problem, and is likely the problem with all other whose Frost is invisible. I put the files in the right place and Frost was no longer invisible. Thanks for the great mod!
Love this mod! However I'm having the same issue with better horses that a few others are having. After a little experimentation I found that normal horses will respond to the whistle but shadowmere and frost will not. I have tried different load orders and installation order but they have not fixed the issue. Hope your able to find the problem because I love this mod. Thank you!

Edit:
There is in fact a mounts category in Nexus Mod Manager. Update your categories and it will appear.

You do realise that the texture in this mod was made by Bellyache?
Perhaps Bellyache did not make this texture exclusively for Frost... but still.
Thanks for the great mod!
