The main download file comes with an additional esp, which is the reduced patch allowing you to use this mod without the vitality mod.

There is still an Issue I missed with the Milk Jug, as it lists 5 health for 0 seconds. It is doing the right thing, just used the wrong magic effect. In the next release, I will be adding new recipes to the game. So if you have suggestions please let me know.
I realise the title shows "Food and Drink", but still I would like to ask something. Please tell me that you did not change anything with potions? ( Health/Stamina/Magicka ) because I use this mod ...

To auto consume those potions during combat only. If those are untouched by your mod then I think I found a mod that makes food useful again. I do not like using mods like iNeed but I always thought that the food in vanilla skyrim was utterly useless.
Your quite welcome, I am fine tunning my own Vitality settings as I continue to test play. So the long term heal for Satiation, might increase. Opinions are greatly welcomed during this beta.
