Of my mods I've shared, this was the one I came the closest to not bothering to share. I didn't expect it to get much attention.
The reason I decided to go for it is I saw FrankFamily's awesome new retexture of Shrouded Armor and I thought, hey, that looks great, but just look at that weird skinny armor mesh... maybe I should share that one I made? And might as well throw in the prisoner pants too...
UPDATE! I added a separate file with two more armor sets - Steel Plate and Nightingale - by request. I didn't take before/after screenshots this time because it's time-consuming and I feel like you guys get the idea at this point. Same deal, different armors.
The Nightingale meshes are based on the vanilla meshes, but as you can see in the screenshot, they are compatible with FrankFamily's amazing retexture mod. That mod comes with its own meshes with slightly different shader properties, but it's honestly hard to tell the difference. That mod also comes with some additional mesh options, where all you get here is vanilla style, so this will be down to user preference...
AND MORE UPDATES! I've been busy! Three more downloads available!
I kind of forgot about Thieves Guild armor but those were some I first reshaped a while ago, again because of the tight pants issue. Those were some outfits conspicuously in need of many bulges. I fixed them up a little and bundled them with Iron armor.
Bonemold is a separate download just because it's only for Dragonborn DLC users. And then there's a pack with a bunch of different clothes.
The different "versions" are just numbered to flag the mod as updated. They're really a bunch of separate mods.
An all-in-one download is now available, but I left the "a la carte" files for anybody that wants them.
I'm getting increasingly lazy about screenshotting all this crap. Please upload your screenshots!
If anybody has further requests for other reshaped meshes, go ahead and ask. It's pretty easy to do... BUT please note I'm not likely to do any custom versions of armor from mods, just base game stuff. I don't want to deal with downloading mods I don't use and navigating people's permissions just to put up a bonus file that not a lot of people will care about.
Great mod! really changed the appearance of vanilla npc's on my very much modded Skyrim, guys dont get anything when it comes to vanilla clothing and armor meshes to show off the body without stripping.
It's the boots in farmclothes04, there's something very weird about those meshes where they appear backwards... came straight from the original game meshes, and I'm working on fixing it
Can you do the farmer clothes, too? I like these. I always wondered if the devs forgot that men got junk that needs somewhere to go. Have you considered doing a patch/replacement for immersive armors? I use SOS, so I don't want dudes looking like they've been turned into a bunch of eunichs.
Amazing! Do you recommend any Body Slide tutorial to add male presets? I want to convert Witcher Leather Pants by Skybroom but can't figure out how Body Slide works :/
They change with the weight slider... The guy in the screenshots is somewhere in the middle. You can try it out and see if you like how it looks at lower weights.
Just want to stop by and say that these are amazing! Been waiting for someone to do something like this forever! I'd love to see an update with all the vanilla/DLC armors, would finally give me a reason to actually use those male body replacers, though if it's too big of a task, may I ask for an edit of the orcish armor? Thanks!

"In the all in one" some boots are reverted, facing backward, its like the characters have twisted ankles.
For example sven boots.
But thanks for your hard work
Love this mod already, and have already added it to my tracking list, please keep up your amazing work. <3
