Any chance of adding an MCM menu or some other way to configure the chance/ratio you learn new spells? Some times I get very lucky and unlock a bunch of spells in the first couple hours of gameplay, while other times I almost never learn a spell.

Are the spells your character figures out in his/her head going to match the element they were using at time? Ie use fire spells a lot, figured out the better fire spells by experimentation? and is this only for destruction spells, or does it include other schools?

I started to cast flare and learned master destruction spell at destruction 27? Is this normal?
