This is by far the best looking Ulfric I can ever find. By any chance, is there a more older looking version? Something to make him look like in his forties. Because that's probably his age at that time.
Yep! haha I really like Tannick and he was the base preset for Uhtred (my char before being a female again). Now that I'm playing as a woman I used Uhtred to create Ulfric, even tough he still has a lot of Tannick on him :)
Oh, and be careful where you're taking Ulfric. I took him to Whiterun to see if the textures and everything was ok with the mod (too lazy to go to King's Palace) but he kinda started to shout and kill everyone hahaha

I haven't actually reached the point when I can use the mod (since I've always sided with the imperials before lol) but I hope it works :))

I may have to make him into a generic follower to make it easier for me to drag him around Tamriel, though; Ulfric's kind of tediously scripted.
