   I don't know how this happened but I started a new game, got to Riverwood. had all the materials to make the sword, checked its damage stats. 101 damage. How?

   Such a beautiful sword! I loved the curved handle. I can see how that could help you maintain your stance when you're clashing blades with another swordsman.
