Hello, was going to make a separate post, but your post and mine are the same dam annoying issue , =) =/ Before I installed this , being on dawnguard side , gunmar's - Preemptive Strike, quest was forever pointing to solsthime, hrolgther house, >_< and jurine radiant quest to kill a beast was forever pointing to , a place in bruma, because I have beyond skyrim bruma installed, =/ , reloading saves, no matter how many times, did not change the location, which are sposed to be random... So I was quite happy when I found this, but to be honest I don't beleive it works anymore , also using console command setstage DLC1RH03 10 , does exactly the same location >_< .. I also have immersive dawnguard mod installed but this is just installed , so last in the load order near the bottom.. gunmar still points to outside of skyrim, and jurine will still point to serpent's trail which is bruma =( Tried both file version, no change ! This mod can not affect quests which are already running, trying to do so would only break them. Also keep in mind that some quests run before you officially accept them. This is expecially true with the quests in the dawnguard expansion; If I remember correctly, they are running one quest ahead of your progress. So if you're installing this mod on an existing save, give it two quests to take effect.
I reloaded each time to before accepting the quest, in the end I used console command to finish that particiular 2 side quests, they just seem to stuck like glue on those 2 location, but in grabbing 2 further side quests from jorine, the crossbow recipe, they both have been skyrim so far, .. So that respect, the mod does seem to be working "So if you're installing this mod on an existing save, give it two quests to take effect. This mod restricts "radiant" quests, that can by design in the base game pick a random location from the whole game world, to only pick locations in the actual skyrim province, especially useful if you have new land mods such as Beyond Skyrim.
I spent like an entire year with the quest related to Salidor's books on my quest log because it never happened to me to look for the books on Solstheim. Have I found this mod earlier, my life would have been way easier. Thanks a million!
It's not clear from the description, but does this also restrict quests to the hold where applicable? Example: I'm talking the the mine owner's wife in Dark Water Crossing, and she goes "Oh! I was out for an evening stroll yesterday and saw some bandits. Someone should go take care of them." So I'm like, "Okay, I can do that. Where did you see them?" Without batting an eye, she says "The other side of Markarth." I give her a stink eye. "Really? You were out for an EVENING STROLL YESTERDAY, and saw bandits on the OTHER SIDE OF MARKARTH." "Yes, so go take care of them."
No, it doesn't touch this kind of thing; usually, these quests already take place in the same hold the quest giver is in, so I assume there's another mod at work here for you.
No, I've seen this in stock Skyrim. If it happens to be close by, you got lucky. Fallout 4 is exactly the same for radiant quests. I keep hoping that some day someone will take on the monumental task of overhauling radiant quests to consider things like the max distance a quest should be from where the quest giver is.
Just a heads up. Is it possible you uploaded the wrong version? In version 1.1 of your mod, there are a few minor conflicts with USLEEP:
In The Break of Dawn quest, USLEEP removes two conditions (Katariah and Dawnstar) but your mod adds them back in. It is also showing USLEEP has the "initially disabled" flag and then your mod removes it. I think your mod should just have the LocTypeDungeon condition, like in USLEEP, and the added SkyrimHoldsFList condition?

Whoops, it seems you are right, I did indeed upload the wrong file (was still version 1.0). However, the Break of Dawn is still present in the current version, as I saw no reason to remove these conditions (they are likely already covered by the LocTypeDungeon condition, but hey, does it hurt? This if official patch stuff, after all.)
The new file is still not correct. I believe you have to update the name and version number of your ZIP file because Nexus sometimes will not update the file if they are the same.
My friend, your mod generates an inconvenience with the Rescue mission of Florentius Baenius, not only does it not activate, but at times considers that your character is married, so he states that you rescue your husband (in my case I use a woman) , even if you're not married, (which is also my case). It is the only inconvenience I detected, because when I removed it and cleaned my save, everything worked normally. It is an excellent and very useful mod, it would be interesting if you could repair this.
