It'd appear that performance version, at least for me, seems to cause on-launch CTD, but the normal version seems completly fine. I also double-checked if I can just use the enbseries from performance version by overwriting the full quality one - no dice, seems the crash issue is in that. Hope you can fix the performance version, in the meantime I'll just have to manually tweak everything down in the full version since that doesn't crash on launch outright
Thanks for the heads up, not really sure how this is happening but I'll look into it. Reducing the quality settings should not cause a CTD. Make sure you configue your ENB local to your PC specs (I would guess this is the issue).
Edit: I've checked the file contents and everything seems to be in order. I'll test this in game as soon as I get a chance
I tried making an ENB preset for SE last year. It looked like crap. Whatever the technical details are, ENB for LE is far superior to SSE and that is the main reason I'm not bothering with the special edition
