When I started the game at lvl 1, Jorlund had the bars for sale, but I could never purchase them cu I was poor at the time
Now I have the money but, he never has the bars anymore, at all. He stopped having them around lvl 10 or so, I'm lvl 20+ now, and everytime I visit him, nothing. Even the other spawns are rare or non-existent.
Very nice ! I was using another Longclaw sword mod but did not care much for the scabbard on that one. I really like the grip and Damask effect on the blade on this Longclaw,. I recolored the the wolf head to a white ( eyes bright red) and made the brass/gold scabbard accents to a steel look. It better fits my black and white themed armor. I added the silver sword script and description. I also upped the damage on the 2H version as it was the same as the 1H.
One suggestion I may offer is to make the cross guard a little more straight with less a curve to get rid of the blocky look it has, I am no modder by any means and only do a little recolouring in Gimp. The sword is a 1000 times better than anything i could make Endorsed
On a more historical note, and nothing to do with the mod there is one thing that annoyed me about John Snow's sword and that is the wolf head is facing the wrong way. It should face the enemy when in battle, you see any sword that is like this and faces the wrong way would deem the owner is a coward.
Question for anyone with CK experience- Anyone know how I could go about giving this sword 'silver sword' attributes, so that it will do extra damage to Undead? If not, I can play with enchantments, but thought I'd ask anyway.
There is another GOT weapons pack at https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/86744 but 1)It appears to have been abandoned 2)the textures are (IMO) not...bad. but not spectacular. 3)the zip file can be problematic to install. The comments section of that mod have found a way to get it to work, but the mod author has been silent for some time. Personally, I would much rather wait and see what jrc0011 here comes up with, but if you're starved for a GOT arsenal, it may do in a pinch.
