OMG THANK YOU!! Could you possibly make a similar mod to this where shock spells damage enemies that are standing in water? I was flabbergasted when playing vanilla and found out that this was not apart of the game. I have looked all over and it has never been made as far as i know. :)
One of thoes little things that should have been in the game from the git. Unfortunately, it appears to only work with vanilla shock spells. Sparks or Lightning Bolt work fine, Force Lightning or Stormstrike have no effect. (The former is from The Way of The Force, the latter from Forgotten Magic).
