   I've found and grave the  book before finding and installing this. Can't find this again somewhere in Raven rock to learn spell? Or add spell by console?

      The wiki tells you where you can find the Folio.
      
      For the extra folio added in this mod, find a place in Solstheim where there are many argonian maid books.

   Don't forget to generate the Facegen data for the Maid using the Creation Kit. Otherwise you will get the gray-face bug like in your first screenshot. Thanks for the mod otherwise.

   You should have assigned Tavern Clothes as the default outfit. http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Tavern_Clothes
   
   Edit: Nicely done. Just the gray face issue.

      I referred the clothing choice to the Blue Palace Maid Erdi's one http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Erdi
      But the Tavern Clothes seemed better, will do it along with other changes.

      For the signature item part:
      To be frank, I got grade E at arts. So I don't know what signature item I could create for the maid.
