Thank you! This issue had been bothering me for a while, but not enough to research it. Today while looking for another Legacy issue, I noticed this mod. Works great, thanks again! Endorsed - and a kudos point too, for what that is worth.
Fix works.Thank you. Light flicker very minimal. No more now you see me, now it's a black hole. Added in without redoing bashed patch as test. 160 mods, 26 hours with new character. Using Rudy ENB with NLA + ELFX + CLARALUX . 5 hours playtime and no issues. I use Mod Organizer. Manually placed .esp under Legacy of The Dragonborn on left and right columns. Also ran TES5edit before launch. Looks good to me. Again thank you.
It's safe to use. I asked the dev's in the Legacy Discord about changing this value, and they confirmed that this light effect is only used at the staff enchanter, and nowhere else. They asked me to try out some other values, so that the flicker effect stays, because I initially disabled it to be a constant light. It turned out that it was just the intensity of the flicker effect that caused the black light issue. It's a really tiny change, and it can be merged with anything else (the Legacy Patches for example) just to keep the plugin count low.
