Very unlikely, simply due to the very high number of spells and tomes that modders have added to the game. Perhaps in future, I will attempt to begin adding spells from the DLCs and other mods, but it is not currently on the cards.
Hi, sorry I'm late to reply. It does not, as it only adds spells with a normally-obtainable spellbook. I'm not a clever enough modder to do any more than that
