I added more light at sunset/sunride/dusk/dawn, extending the day length by an hr and a half at each end. I also increased the fog/mist for a more magical misty Skyrim experience. Basically, I tweaked every single thing over 1000's of hrs to make "NLA but more polished with extra Skyrim sauce"...or to put it another way, if Confidence Man came back with an update, something like this, is IMO, what he would bring.
Quession: What is the Natural Lighting and Atmospherics.esp doing? I already have lighting mods, so am hoping this will just work as an ENB preset without that ESP, but thought it worth asking. For all I know, half of what the mod's trying to do is in that ESP and it won't look good without it. Hoping that's not the case, since I've been looking for a realistic, non-cartoony ENB that isn't obsolete ...
There are incorrect instructions on the Files page: "Main ENB files to be extracted then placed manually in your DATA folder next to tesv.exe". That's just wrong. ENB files and tesv.exe do NOT live in the game's Data folder, but the main Skyrim folder, at the same level as the Data folder. Material in your archive's Data folder is what goes in the game's Data folder. Experienced modders will already understand this, but new ones are going to be confused by your instructions and will put files in the wrong place.
PS: You should also disable "Download with mod manager" for this. Mod managers are going to put everything in Data or just be confused. Anything that has files that have to be installed outside the Data folder require manual installation.
1. As an ENB is this resource-intensive? 2. I have old eyes. The night times screenshots are too dark for me. Can this be brightened? (I don't use ELFX enhanced).
