Fixes the instance where the carriage in Dawnstar added by CFTO clips inside the town wall added by Town Walls Of Skyrim.
I was quite unimmersed by this, so I did a quick edit in CK.
Hope someone finds this useful.
Also, just fyi, this removes one shrub and moves another just outside the Dawnstar walls, because they were in the way.
Logically, this requires Skyrim, Dawnguard, Hearthfires, Dragonborn, CFTO and Town Walls Of Skyrim to work
