The front porch is in the same place as "The Fishery" stall from another mod. I haven't figured out which mod it is yet, mostly because it doesn't have Whirerun in its name. It adds many stalls to Whiterun.
The conflict is with the Dawn of Skyrim (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58275) set of mods. I am using the combined version this run through to try and keep my list of mods down.
looks interesting, I'm giving it a try. Tried it. I noticed a few things. 1. missing a bunch of textures inside 2. statue of mara is missing textures also. 3. one of the daggers in the display case was sitting on top of the display glass. also was wondering if you could add a few students to make it feel more like a junior college. :) overall, good work. thanks.
sorry it took me so long to reply here. your doing a great job, but I am still missing textures for carpet and books. everything is bright blue. also, I am missing the female teacher that sold the necklace and ring. lastly where the statue of mara is, looks great btw, there is no entrance onto the circle. aaaaaand, I was wondering if you could add a classroom, some dorm rooms and a shower area to make it feel more like a junior college. :)

try now I had to relocate some textures of books. I do not know why that rug is missing textures,textures are there in the folder. The teacher is there somewhere,she must be there I do not know how can she be missed.
Speaking of those showers....temporary i have some other projects to work on but maybe in future I will make that expansion.
