   I hope someone ports this to special edition someday. I had the same disappointment when I found it couldn't be enchanted.

   Took a peek at this in xEdit and there seems to be an extra COBJ record in the plug-in for Stalhrim Heavy Boots. I also carried over the 'Default Race' value for the amulet from USLEEP. for RNAM/Race
