Copying the files from the ENB seriesOnce you extract the ENB series, you will find a Wrapper version and an Injector version. The wrapper version should work on most systems, especially if you are using Windows. It should be your go-to option. The
Injector version is generally used on systems that are not compatible
with the Wrapper version.Once you open the Wrapper version folder, you will need to copy the necessary files to the root Skyrim folder. (You can find this folder through your steam apps if you’re having trouble.) Generally, You will only have to copy two files: d3d11.dll & d3dcompiler_46e.dll.However, make sure to check the mod description in case of any additional instructions. If you find none, then only copy the two files.Copying the files from the ENB presetNext, you’ll need to copy the files from the ENB preset folder that you extracted to the root Skyrim folder.Once you open the preset folder, you might find 2 more folders of the core and additional files. Open the core folder. You can deal with the additional files later. The core folder should contain everything that you need. Copy all the files and folders that you find here to the main game folder.Note: In some cases, You might just find another single folder that you will have to go through after the
core folder. In such a case, open it and copy the files inside it. The
folder you are looking for will have files visible. Sometimes, you might
even find these files without a core and additional folders in the
      first place.

I am having a bit of trouble understanding the installation of ENB. I know there certain presets that some ENB mods require, but this mod's description does not give a clear description of what is needed for this mod to work properly. If anyone is willing to assist, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Ps.
I am fairly new with ENB so it may be me not understanding the basics.

This works perfectly on my Skyrim SE. However I cannot get this to work, on Skyrim LE. I dropped the file in, as directed, but it NEVER shows up, once I go do "Enter+Shift" to pull up the configuration, under the, DepthOfField menu selection. Is there another additional requirement to get this going?

    Thanks in advanced all.

Want to include Advanced DOF shader into my preset for FNV. Just copy/paste the code and it worked, but not correctly. In my tests the ui control for Hyperfocal depth distance dont work correctly it produce like black wall in front of player. Rest of the controls work. Tryed other dof shaders from Skyrim and they worked without any edits to code, but not this popular one.Can someone look at it and try to fix this. It be appreciated, if there not much work involved. Thank you)
Upd: issue is resolved, never mind

Hey, Congrats on this Beautiful mod, i Really enjoy it.
However, the autofocus doesnt seem to work for me.
With Manual focus everything works fine, but when enabeling autofocus everything is completly blurred, and it doesnt change no matter where i look at.
I tried adjusting the Autofocus variables, but that didnt help either

Is there a way to not have the sky unfocused when I focus on something? I'm using rudy ENB and when I focus on something the sky becomes so blurry and
sparkly that it becomes very distracting. I stumbled upond a 2012 thread for old skyrim where the OP found a way to do this. Also is there a way to enable chromatic aberration?

Hey, wasn't it your dof for either SE or FO4 (I can't really tell, I used it in FO4 for a couple of weeks until I deleted the game) with AO in it? I could swear it was your dof (because you're the shader superhero) , but I just can't find it anywhere now.
Is it possible to add AO-like effect to this one (as I remember, the one I used gave AO to everything beyond focus point) or depth darkening like in this one (it's called gaussian contrast or something like that)? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44752 just want to know if I can can do something like that with your shader, 'cause I had my fair share of trouble doing the same for prod80's dof I'm currently using.

Also, thanks for the qUINT <3 it did wonders with FO4.

Yes, old version did have AO in it, since the ENB for Skyrim SE didn't have AO at that point, and since AO must happen before DoF, it seemed logical to add my AO to the DoF file. The ENB for Skyrim SE has AO now, so this made it obsolete so I removed it. On Fallout 4, ENB also has AO so you don't need it.
