I don't think so but I can add a full tutorial to the description so you guys can change the colours yourselves and add glow to basically anything in the game. All you need to edit them is Nifskope and Paint.Net with are both relatively small programs, if you open the alduin wings in there, open up the trishapedata and the lighting shader property tabs and click emmisive colour and change it to anything you want and then set the multiplier below that to something around 5 or 10. if the texture has a base colour like my wings do, open up the dds in paint.net and change the saturation of the green sections, the tail just uses a glow map so that just needs to be changed in nifskope.
This is what I used - http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/How_to_add_glow_maps This will teach you where to change the colour of the glow. The glowmap is already there so all you need to do is open up the texture in paint .net (or photoshop, but paint.net is smaller and easier) and change the saturation which is straightforward as hell. I believe both Paint.net and Photoshop need an add-on which allows you to edit DDS files which can easily be found on google. Also, the texure edit and the nifskope glow edit don't have to be the same colour, mixing the colours can get some interesting results, the base of these wings are blue.
I used this mod with Special Edition and it worked fine, except for one small detail...
The wings became small. I tried to fix this by activating and disabling mods, and managed to get big (150%) wings, with turquoise glow...
Now, since there seems to be no problem with compatibility, I have to ask, does this mod HAVE a larger version of the textures and mesh for the 150% wings?
I am looking at the images you have posted, and see no mention of different sizes on the wings.
So, if the option for the larger wings is missing, could you include it?
Both armours are from the Tera pack as Ebon Shroud and Deathskin, but the Deathskin armour I have is a custom retexture that I don't yet have permission to reupload. It's super easy to make it green is Paint.net though.
