If all these are going to be is just duplicated items in the CK that have had changes made to their properties.Maybe you should just combine them all into a single esp instead of flooding us with individual esp files.Esp slots are precious because there is a hard limit of how many you can have installed and activated.
Um ... if the boots have waterwalking, then how do you plan on swimming to use the waterbreating effect? IIRC, you can't swim while wearing armor with waterwalk on them. Might want to change that.
one of the effects has a 10 day timer after that is gone. also i left off the 500% sneak boost i think the pic issue is my windows 10. i take a pic then it says cannot open or invalid image :(. but i will have a look at the link you sent. thank you.
Unfortunately my friend, I don't really think that "I need a pic thing" is going to work People here on nexus are straight looking for mods they can download, they aren't as likely to go and download a mod, just to send you pictures of your own mod, even though there are still friendly users that I'm sure will totally help you out, so don't lose hope You might need to download another tool like bandicam, and use it's screenshot- you can always run you skyrim in Windowed mod, and then you can use your snipping tool to capture a picture of your desktop. Now that I'm sure will work every time.
As far as everything else, I remember asking a question and was trying to assist you with a troubleshoot-I need more info however, you said you was on a laptop? The button for taking pictures on the STEAM side should be F12, but laptops may need to use the PRT SCR SYS RQ button (that is next to the scroll lock) hit that. Your pictures will be in the windows:C/program files (x86)/steam/steam apps/common/skyrim (they will show in skyrim, they will be bmp)
*Do you use an enb? *Is your SKSE up-to-date? *How old is your enb, if it is out of date or not a currently supported one, you might need to change that- you might also want to consider removing ENTIRELY that enb, and then putting it back in, or also using a different one that is known to work there is a mod that can do it all manually: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7804/ ^this will do it.
The last resort would be to nuke your skyrim maybe, and then reinstall it (but I'm sure you shouldn't have to do that) ALSO keep in mind that your laptop MIGHT have a broken keyboard, that may need to be fixed, try testing the 'screenshot keys' and seeing if they work when using them in general, if they don't, then that is your main problem that can be fixed if you spent-shouldn't be that much-money to get repaired. I mean shoot, you can simply take a regular camera phone pic of your mod, and then upload that, you can use your phone's effects to edit them (pixlr-o-matic, little photo, etc, all are free to use apps that will help)
-> Also I must add, as for a mod, I know you are new to making mods, but most modders want the best (despite a whole bunch not being modders themselves, myself included) they might not want a simple generic ingame item with an effect they've seen before, with that in mind, you could consider creating a cheat item with the effects that others will find useful, otherwise they may just simply tune it out and skip past it.

i have been trying to make meshes but laptop keeps locking up and its only new too D:
