Fundamentally I suppose inspired by would be the best description, it uses a the same mesh as that mod (its just the basic Orc body with the daedra horns...not really that hard to make). I did recreate the basic design, but I wanted an updated version of the mod that was friendlier to the lore. A fusion of daedra and orc to fight Alduin seemed a bit lore breaking at times. This mod features updated and immersive alternatives to the original mod, I did reach out the original author to make an updated version as the version you specified has been dead for years.
You should add what racial abilities this mod brings to the table in the description, because otherwise you're going to force people to have to download it before they see what they get, which a lot of people don't like.
