   does this change the inside of the inn? as it would conflict with inn change mods
   
   also what version of Expanded Towns and Cities? can we use any version as long as it include winterhold?

      The inn belongs to etac. Only ETaC Old v14.3.1 Complete.

      Why making ETaC Complete as a requirement when just the modular Winterhold ETaC might be enough?
      I guess you have your reasons, just asking :-)
