Thanks! Works as intended, tested with Requiem 1.9.4.1. Powers from requiem such as Combat Reflexes appear in both this mod and Spell Organizer (check it, another cool thing from this author), but I looked on req powers in xEdit and don't think it mod's fault, just unusual implementation of power.
I can't play Skyrim now. If I'm not mistaken, campfire is monitoring shouts and prevent removing them completely. Check campfire MCM - I played with campfire and didn't have any issues.
