  to install enb dont use MO or NMM
  do it manually to skyrim folder where has the TESV.exe

I am not sure if the main folder is suposed to be in the first Skyrim folder or in the skyrim folder in the skyrim folder

  About that is back to your computer specification,, if u want perdormance edition u will use that,, and if that still get low fps u openthe enbseries and disable the depthoffield

  If you want look the lightning like my screenshot you must use climate of tamriel v 3.1
