This mod delays/prevents Hearthfire quest start.
Hearthfire quests include house building and adoption.
The current deployed version 0.2.0 is a beta release, and quests and characters are simply disabled as long as the plugin is enabled.

0.1.0: disable Hearthfire quest start
0.2.0: remove Hearthfire adoptable children
