Guy can you tell me how to remove the visual effect? I uninstalled the mods, wait hours in the game, wait hours in real life, but its still there and actually its ruins my game.
I'm imagining it's like other drugs in the real world. They tend to have a variety of ways of being used... like... just look at weed... most people smoke it... but it can also be baked into foods or the thc can be infused into drinkable beverages even! With heroin while it is commonly injected... some people smoke it in its freebase form.
I'm just guessing that Skooma is likely a kind of drug which can be administered in a variety of ways... perhaps most people drink it like a potion in Skyrim's time-period whereas it was more popular as a smoked drug in the time/place of Morrowind, no?
the effect only lasts like 30 seconds ... make an update, or optional file to make the screen effects last WAY longer... or leave a reply if this is possible without an update Thanks!
I'd like to second that... all these drug-mod people act like they've never done real drugs before and put in these absurdly low timed effects into their mods. Seriously... DRUGS... LAST... FOR... HOURS!!! If someone (ANYONE) who makes these drug-mods would get the hint about how long drugs should actually last and put a Skooma (or other impairing substance) effect in-game that a druggie character of mine could trip on while traipsing through a dungeon for hours of the day... then I'd be a happy gal!
I love this mod, thank you so much - the drug effect is awesome Might be too much to ask but is there a way to make it compatible with "Addictive Skooma" by Flammenwerfer35? I use both at the moment, and it seems to work - this mod's drugged view changes the screen, while the other mod adds the addiction effect in the active effects section. The only problem is the 3rd person animation for drinking the skooma doesn't work anymore.
If it's not possible/too hard/don't have time, that's fine - I love the mod as is as well!
So, i noticed a bug : I've install " Skyrim Better Roads (SkyBeRoads) " ; " Pure Weather " and " Lanterns of Skyrim " and this mod doesn't work anymore, no animation and no drug effect.. i love this mods but i had no choices but removing it, sorry.
ya know what would be cool at least to me... adding a hallucination affect... i don't think it would be that hard... but i'm not a modder so i can't do it but i would try and make like people and monsters apper like walking around and stuff give them a ghost affect, and make them unattactable and put a chance for a bad trip where they all attack and kill the player... thats what i would try and do
I just want the animation and the effect, this mod is crap compared to the actual skooma mods that make skooma useful. Vanilla Skooma just seems like it was such an afterthought to the skyrim team. It's basically just a re textured stamina potion lol
