You need to use a video-editor to create your video.
Try to save it as a AVI / MPEG2 file with HIGH QUALITY.
Use RADTools to convert the file to BIK. Search for RADTools and you will find it.
I got this working in less than one hour, and so can you. I am no wizard at this......
