About this mod

The mod is a patcher that randomize magical items essentialy from mods to proove the magical effects can be everytime everywhere.
Compatible with anything, skyprocpatcher do it very well without ctd on ctd, add rings and daggers systematicaly...(V2)

I am going to continue development on pycharm, version 3 will let you configure any npc usages(effects and/or triggers) of armors,weapons and jewelry by priority.(2019) ps: number of unench to ench below will not apply anymore due to complexity and implementation of skyproc in all version of skyrim.

New instructions for usage of smash and later potentially predefined configuration in last steps in install part.

SMASH help you to merge or avoid mods rewrite each together, so diverify game by 500%, it resolve bugs, conflicts, IT REPLACE ENTIRELY WRYEBASH or BASHED PATCH(tweak option still usefull but untick all the rest)
Pay attention skyprocpatcher should be processes after SMASH but mine NOT, so patch SWAR before SMASH including it ticked and setting Smash.All.











This last panel is not fully developped, it needs more lists of class and npcs



Another panel not related and released to others mods should be added:
Its about sliders and same type of filters for npc and classes but for the list of magic effects repartition chances at a stage of the 
program after loading you can make changes to the sliders that represent the amount of that type of weapons initially incorporated into 
the game if the weapon type match the npc currently used weapons types or accepted, there is a option to equalise theses diversities.

Version 3 will include all vanilla non enchanted items to have strange powers from others mods(selectable).
After v1(increased chances) without filters, v2 is out with options.

×Based on differents mods that are visually an enhanced experience in magic environments for skyrim, this mod 
tend to show capabilities of magical effects for all npc and distribute all weapons, armors and rings into 
their inventory.

×To not bring real vanilla immersion i do not put systematicaly a magic weapon with visibles enchantments on 
every character in the game, it is possible you see guards use a lot of magical items for fighting or not!

×All theses magics items produce their own magic effects directly or indirectly in the environment by another 
famous mod, Enchanted Arsenal by egocarib , i give my preset that may works well for basic weapons effects to 
be seen on npc.

×I use my own enb that was made originaly to keep the most fps in game with a common configuration for the game 
and the enb, next i updated to latest enb and discontinued the enb for another new with sweetfx added to enb, 
exactly the same without performance lost.

NB:Some magic weapons add their own magic effects, a fire ball, a fear spell added in weapon hand etc,staffs 
seems too impacted but if there is more than one enchantment that should not be visible for all type of 
effects, normally its only one color as simple as vanilla.
You can try let add every mods you have, this should not hurt anything dramatically.

×The way you order the list of mods before do the patch change how the jar file will distribute every items 
concerned, the more you put a mod in the top list the more it have chance, if conditions are favorable, to be 
seen more often.

 INSTALLATION

Step 1:
×Download prerequisites and others mods.
×Paste the preset for enchanted arsenal in Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins/FISS/Enchanted Arsenal/Preset 6.xml(or 
overwritte Preset 1.xml but its not recommanded).

Step 2:
×Delete any SurroundingWeaponsAndRings.esp or smash or bashed patch or even smash...esp.save(see last step)
×Look at your list order with loot and further with wrye bash for make a new bashed patch activated
×Download the jar file and paste it in a new folder tree like Skyrim/Data/SKYPROC/whatyourwant/thefile.jar
×Look at your list order and verify which mods your want import list of objects(you can let them all selected 
like ingame)

×Select and launch the jar file after install java jre min 1.7
×HERE YOU CAN CONFIGURE:(black/white list words, Nolist by id, choose options for filter functionnalities)
×Do not close the launcher even at 100% it may not be finished.(report if stuck because it should close itself)
×Click patch and wait the final message after checks, can take 1 mn or more.
×(((Be sure the mod is activated and loaded latest, even if you use a basher patch or any other patch, if necessary 
make a rules in loot for load this mod after the last for ex bashed patch.(it will works as excepected by if 
any other problem you can load it before, that will just decrease a bit chances).

×There is a new step that enhance greatly this mod and all yours mods installed and used, SMASH resolves all types of records that are conflicts between mods that rewrite each together but not with this, its a total replacement for bashed patch or even wrye bash(excepted tweak part in the bashed patch and some other few utilities), it is necessary to use it so please patch SWAR before SMASH (normally skyprocpatchers should be processes after but NOT mine) so finals steps are:
---Patch swar normaly as usual with presets or settings or nothing
---Reopen Wrye Bash to make selected and position my mod last just after bashed patch
---Extract smash into a new folder, dont reuse the same install if final filesize is not correct or lowered.
---Launch smash program(extract anywhere) and tick to choose my mod(bashed patch should not be ticked except for tweaks so Smash.All)
---Normally Swar should be set to Smash.All or .skip but anyway click the green right arrow, the very left button.
---After few minutes, it should generate a new esp smash, please verify it is not under .esp.save and after program closed, rename it if necessary to same name.esp

-Reopen wrye bash to tick and change order, put smash in very last position !
-Done
