Merges changes to FormID lists to allow both Apocalypse and Witchhunter spells to be "studied" and learned without spell tomes when taking their cost reduction perks. Requires Apocalypse 9.45, The Apocalypse Requiem Patch, AND THE MAIN FILE ABOVE.

Adds Witchhunter draining spells to BtC's drain-boosting Alteration perks. Requires BtC 1.9, AND THE MAIN FILE ABOVE.

Removes all prayers from leveled lists. Made for personal use since I've decided once-daily actives are cancer, does not place the prayers anywhere yet. REQUIRES MAIN FILE.
