If you use Mod Organizer and you install this mod, you can add this to your game if you have Jaxonz Positioner. Find the I.D. number with the console (~). "~, Help Tibet"
Make sure you are outside and in a open space- Still in console, type "player.placeatme #########" and hit enter. Exit console. The house my be around you, under you or somewhere nearby. Use Jaxonz to resize, move, put in you pack or whatever. You may need to fast travel to a different area and then return in order for the collusion to work properly.
All that to say, you can add the house while in game.
