I don't know how the SE version works, but because from a distance the mountains seem to have ..... clouds, that would mean that from close up, that is from the mountain, those clouds will be present. Probably because the meshes have only one side from which the texture can be seen, or I don't know why, but that makes the situation a little unimmersive.

I don´t know why but this mod dosen´t work for me, nothing happens after I install it. Could it be some ini settings, ENB or Vivid Weathers incompatabilities?
I really like this mod, it´s just a shame that i can´t get it to work. :(

Sometimes you have to wait a few ingame days for weather mods to settle. I use this mod together with another 3d clouds mod and purity and after a few days ingame everything looks as it should be. Try to load this mod before any other weather mod, as the author states, and let it be overwritten by them to avoid any type of conflict.

Will this work along side Vivid Clouds and Fog by Magnaclub?

This mod helps to hide the ugly z-fighting on the distant mountains. It's a very helpful little mod that fights that unfixable problem of the game, and besides, make the mountains look more immersive.

This was a little glitchy for me, in truth. I created a new 'Alternate Start' game and began in the woods near Helgen. As I walked over to the mountains a huge nearby cloud would pop in and out of view, depending on whether I took a step forwards or a step backwards. Is the transition supposed to be more subtle? The effect was quite jarring.

It does look amazing from a distance though!

I think that's a vanilla Skyrim problem. I noticed that before I added this mod. It sure is annoying, though!

A simple, lightweight mod that makes your game look so much more aesthetic and immersive. 10/10 endorsed.

Are you ever gonna upload Obsidian Weathers for Oldrim/Skyrim Legendary Edition?

      Sadly not.

Obsidian Weathers relies on SSE's inbuilt volumetric lighting, which is obviously not available on LE. While it is technically possible to replicate Obsidian Weathers's aesthetics using an ENB preset, doing so is way beyond my skillset. While unfortunate, its not like LE has a dearth of choices in the visual mod department anyways ;)

I am however trying to find out how exactly Obsidian concealed the ocean seams so that I recreate it in LE.

Someone has basically back ported it without the vol stuff.
