after doing my own testing, both seems to work perfectly together, no need to take the perk after installation for either of them. one little thing might make people believe that the mod isn't working: if you load a save where you already had a flesh spell active, it will be at the old rating. even if you use the console to refresh the perks, armor rating will go down as you remove mage armor points, but go up only to the vanilla level when you put them back. obviously waiting to timeout the spell then recasting it solves everything.

i'm not sure how your mod and this one works, so they might be incompatible if both modifies the perk directly and not add something separate...
