Note:
This mod only works with Standard Restore Potions, which restore 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, or all points. 
This is a simple mod, you are free to download the source scripts and change it whatever you like.

Installation:

Step 1: Install the Skyrim Script Extender(SKSE)

• Install SKSE from Steam, or download the installer from skse.silverlock.org and run it.
• Required SKSE version is 1.7.3 or newer.
  

Step 2: Install SkyUI

• Install SkyUI from Nexusmods
  

Step 3: Install PotionHotkey

• Option A - Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) or ModOrgnizer(MO)
  • Click the Download (NMM/MO) button on top of this page.
  • Activate PotionHotkey in NMM/MO.

Step 4: Set your hotkeys in MCM and enjoy
