I'm not currently doing Skyrim LE modding, so I'm locking the comments for the time being. Patches and fixes, if need be, are welcome as separate plugins, and reporting bugs should still be possible as well.
I did consider and I did try to convert it, but it doesn't go down the usual way (converting the meshes and then esp). Horkers know why. Might be some meshes acting out. I do give permission to convert the mod to SE to whomever, if they would give all the appropriate credits to ppls and a link so I could add it here.
So it looks like a number of your texture dimensions are not divisible by 4 leading to CTDs. I will try to fix this and then see if that resolves the issue or whether other issues exist.
I successfully was able to convert the mod with SSE. I am working on making edits to JK Solitude for Deithwen - Family home. Then I'm going to try the original Deithwen because you used the same textures and I bet that was the hold up for that mod too. Whoot!
Thank you for the wonderful player home mod! Endorsed! As someone else mentioned, it’s a little too dark inside. I have no lighting mods or ENBs. But a simple change of the interior light template with TES5EDIT fixed that.
I can never leave Lucia and Sophie on the streets so homes without at least two child beds are a no-go for me. Sometimes the beds and/or child pathing is messed up—I learned the hard way to test it out before committing to a playthrough. I’m happy to report that it only took a few attempts for Sophie and Lucia to show up and sleep in their respective beds. That’s when moving them from a previous home. (First time Sophie never arrived, second time she stood all night next to sleeping Lucia, third time was the charm.) I know it’s often nothing that you can control—adoption is buggy and one should always save first!—but with some mods the bed positioning or whatever is a bit off and the kids never settle in correctly. Anyway, yours works and they also go outside, running and playing with all the other Solitude kids. Thanks again!
Thank you for the elaborate review! Thanks for the tip as well, I'm gonna add optional file with lighter interior. I kept the rooms rather small, which is rather cozy (in my opinion anyway), but doesn't help with bed assignment. I am very glad that everything worked out with kids eventually, it's a tricky business indeed. If you want, you can submit pics to confirm that everything's working nicely :)
Okay, I uploaded two screenshots and they're queued for mod staff approval. Sophie sleeping in the top floor bedroom and Lucia in the other. Oddly, Lucia is now waking up every time my character stands near her bed and won't go back to sleep unless I exit the home, wait, and come back. Then she'll wake again. It was tough to get the screenshot quickly enough before she got up. Oh, well. Probably a stuck script where she wants to say something to my character. Maybe more allowance? :P
I will download from this link, but @boringvlln that's quite unfortunate. Not everybody uses the USLEEP. I have been modding since 2014, and I've never used any of the USLEEP, or any of those patches ever. My game has been running fine, with 0 crashes. I just don't require it, I even played onetime for a while when just starting out on a laptop that wasn't a gaming laptop, with no graphics card, and played for a couple years even using an enb with it (Stakado)
I never used USLEEP and was quite fine.
You should consider at least giving perhaps making a version that doesn't require USLEEP for others that either might don't fully understand how it wokrs, or doesn't use it.
OK, I fixed a few little things and made a version without the patch requirement. Merry Christmas :) Honestly, I think most of the community uses Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch by now and I really recommend to do so, even though its edits sometimes aren't so noticeable. It won't be as thoroughly tested, as the one with patch, hopefully there won't be any issues.
Sorry, I completely forgot to mention the city! No map marker, because it is in the city of Solitude (thank you, dalejames, for the quick reply). Here on the last pic you can see where exactly (just pass the market, near the cemetery).
Seems it conflicts with Bells of Skyrim. This is why I don't seem to ever end up using player homes that are in cities, invariably they end up conflicting with something, which is a shame because there are some really nice ones (like this). Also, it's kind of dark inside.
Thank you for the compatibility report! Yes, it would, of course, conflict with any mod adding building(s) to the same location. I would add that to the compatibility section.

Does anyone know how many kids it fits? I assume two, judging by pictures.
