yes...instead of leaving it not ocuupied and not accessible,makes it an socialy active building.I would not use mercers house if it was not unoccupied and bandit lair. The change from Riftewald Manor to Bank is not Scripted,thus by if you activate this mod before you finish T.G Questline,it is certain that you will not be able to finish T.G quests. So after you finish all your objectives concerning Mercer's House,then you can activate mod and avoid any conflictes or problems.:)

Jzip wouldn't do it and I haven't used Winrar in years, so idk about that, but 7zip had no problem with it.
