   Strange... it stopped working for my wood elf and her command animal ability... It's worked fine for months, now I can't ask animals to help me until the next day :(

   Useful. I always thought that it made NO sense what-so-ever from a realism stand-point that any race was restricted to once per day abilities. It was balanced, but the uselessness of most abilities with the 1/day timer was a real disappointment.
   
   I mean, how could a Nord (of all the races) not be able to scream as loud as he wants whenever he wants?
