very nice place, but is it considered as a "safeplace" ? if I drop/store somthing inside, will it disapear ? DOES IT RESPAWN !? xD
EDIT: I checked on CK. The "bandit chest" model used for the chest on the right side (close to the bed) is set to RESPAWN. Intentional ? Other container are safe AFAIK. Good job. Partialy based on faendal's house.
Lametrie: Isn't possible make a dialogue option that remove gold and add a key? Or a item that has a fixed price on a shop, like a "House Buying Paper" that give you the key once you activate it?
Nice one, thanks! Good to have a home down there too
And to TheCruxis: I too like houses much better that you have to earn and have been avoiding those free houses until now. But, working on a new house myselv, i found out that it's not so easy to make your home buyable or earning through a quest as it was in Oblivion. The quests are done a bit different and you have to learn a new script language too. So we have to find other ways to earn the house or give all us modders the chance to learn the things...
Thank you, I've been waiting for a mod that does exactly this. Is it possible for you to make this house an option for your spouse to live in as well? If you could do that, I would be very grateful.
Is it possible to mod it so that you have to buy it before you can use it? Like the other houses in the game. I presume that as the mod is now you just get the house when you install it.

No matter, it's a fine house, thank you!
Where is it located and is it really as dark as the screenies? It is hard to tell what it looks like.
